Ambassador & Chef Tom Herndon Announced his next culinary adventure (April 22 - May 2, 2010): This two-week adventure includes: A high-speed TGV train ride from Paris to the South of France. A two-night stay in the medieval city of Carcassonne. One week on a beautiful barge cruising the historic Canal du Midi. Planned excursions include tours of an olive oil plant, a fleur de sel factory, a winery, and a visit to “Les Halles” open market in Narbonne. A TGV train ride back to Paris. Five nights in Paris. An optional one-day cooking class at the world famous Le Cordon Bleu.
